You can use your skills to help meet the world’s humanitarian needs.
“How can I use my gifts and experience in a meaningful career?”
Whether a seasoned professional or just starting a career, you can use your skills to serve people who have never experienced the kindness of Jesus! You can help relieve the suffering of people around the world when you serve as team member of Unto™.
A career at Unto allows you to serve people living in the toughest places on earth. Join us as part of our U.S.-based staff at one of our three locations: our headquarters near Dallas, Texas; Orlando, Florida; or Lancaster County, Pennsylvania.
The listings below display the various areas where staff members serve with Unto. These provide an idea of where your skills could potentially be a fit for Christian ministry with us.
Raising Financial Support
The majority of full-time roles at Unto are considered “supported staff” positions, meaning that staff members raise financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses. If you join Unto staff, we will provide you with training, resources, and personal coaching to help you develop a team of ministry partners who financially and prayerfully support your ministry with Unto.
We occasionally have some hourly or salaried openings that do not require raising financial support.
