Raising Financial Support
The majority of full-time roles at Unto are considered “supported staff” positions, meaning that staff members raise financial support to cover salary, benefits, and ministry expenses. If you join Unto staff, we will provide you with training, resources, and personal coaching to help you develop a team of ministry partners who financially and prayerfully support your ministry with Unto.

Priority Openings
Location: Orlando, FL, Lancaster County, PA
Shake off the confines of an office and help people around the world every day in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will help keep the supply chain flowing to Unto partners all around the world through receiving, processing, loading, and shipping containers of aid, keeping partners informed of available supplies through inventory management, and participating in warehouse work projects and events.
Location: Orlando, FL
This role is responsible to train, coach, supervise, and lead the Unto Trips Team, which is primarily responsible for mobilizing and leading short-term humanitarian project teams of volunteers, including managing the implementation in the field. The Team Leader shepherds the professional and personal development of staff members and interns, manages team strategic planning and budget, and plans annual participant trip cycles. In addition, this person must work effectively in partnership with other Unto teams, especially Field Operations and Supply Chain Operations. Experience leading international trips with Cru® and ability to travel internationally three to five times a year is highly preferred. This is a supported-staff role.

The WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) Team at Unto works with local partners to express the kindness of Jesus by establishing conditions that allow people to live with dignity, good health, and increased comfort and security in the toughest places on Earth. This includes reducing exposure to and transmission of disease by providing sources of safe drinking water, promoting good hygiene practices, and reducing environmental health risks. The WASH Program Coordinator will fill a critical operational role on this team by administering and coordinating WASH projects. This person will work closely with the WASH Program Manager to create comprehensive action plans, budgets, and schedules for projects. This person will work with a variety of stakeholders and should have exceptional communication skills. WASH training or experience is desired but not required. This role can be part-time (two days/week minimum).
Supported Staff Roles
Partner with Cru® campus ministry to provide opportunities for students to make an impact on people across the globe and in the U.S. through humanitarian work.
Develop and coordinate Unto's field initiatives such as Women's Health, Food and Agriculture, or Clean Water.
Represent Unto internationally by coordinating with field ministry partners to develop and maintain field initiatives. This role requires flexibility, travel experience, and the capability to visit locations around the world multiple times within a year.
Serve on the business side of ministry, facilitating Unto’s financial stewardship through accounting, financial analysis, project administration, or other financial tasks.
Build capacity for Unto’s international work by connecting with donors and sharing opportunities for financial partnership with Unto.
Support Unto international ministry initiatives by facilitating and leading short-term mission teams.
