Few things in life give greater satisfaction than being part of a team that is directly responsible for making the lives of others better. Shake off the confines of an office and help people around the world every day in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will help keep the supply chain flowing to missionaries in more than 40 countries through:

A container of critical humanitarian aid doesn’t simply leave the U.S. and arrive at its destination without coordination. Direct Mail Project Manager

Support the project management of Unto’s direct mail program with donors by:
  • Oversee a team of freelancers (writers, designers, proofers, data, etc.) by reviewing their writing and graphic designs and suggesting changes and edits to ensure that we fall within AP (industry) standards and are achieving the overall strategic goals of the ministry

  • Support in leading creative meetings for all direct marketing campaigns, including writing the creative briefs, guiding the discussion with freelancers, and ensuring that appeals follow the strategies outlined in the meeting.

  • Evaluate and analyze donor marketing program results to determine the effectiveness of individual donor segments and campaigns and make adjustments to future efforts to maximize response and net income. Stewardship Project Manager

Development & Donor Support Coordinator

The Development & Donor Support Coordinator helps ensure our donors feel valued while keeping the Development team running smoothly and effectively. This role provides administrative support for the Vice President of Development and the team, assists with donor communications and our new Donor Welcome Series, and supports the preparation of letters, proposals, and event logistics. You’ll also help coordinate team meetings, travel, and activities.

We’re a high-performing yet highly relational team — motivated to see funding come through for ministry projects while also loving to laugh and have fun together. We’re looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and organized — a true team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping projects on track. Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are important, and while prior experience with Asana is a plus, you can easily learn it on the job. The ability to work in person at Lake Hart on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays is also required.

WASH Project Manager

The WASH Project Manager will oversee international Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects, helping bring access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation in some of the toughest places in the world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, managing details, and working behind the scenes to keep projects moving forward. As the WASH program continues to expand, there is significant opportunity to shape program growth, develop expertise, and eventually specialize in projects within a specific region of the world.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage international WASH projects from planning through completion

  • Communicate regularly with Unto field strategists regarding project timelines, budgets, and implementation details

  • Track project progress and problem-solve when project-specific challenges arise

  • Create and maintain internal and external project documentation

  • Contribute to research and development efforts for new WASH program initiatives

  • Occasionally travel to project locations to check in on implementation (typically fewer than 15 travel days per year)

About the WASH Team
The WASH Team exists to meet spiritual needs and bring access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation through partnerships with Cru staff around the world. Project types include borehole wells, well repairs, water filters, rainwater catchment systems, latrines, hygiene training, and more.

Qualifications & Attributes

  • Relevant experience or background in WASH, engineering, public health, humanitarian work, or a related field

  • Strong interest in project management and research & development

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive problem-solving mindset

  • Comfortable working behind the scenes, conducting research, and improving systems and programs

  • Willing to travel occasionally, but not seeking a role with frequent travel

  • Interest in a specific geographic region is a plus and may lead to regional specialization over time

Agriculture Program Manager

The Agriculture Program Manager leads the agriculture program to provide access, credibility and effectiveness to our local Cru partners across the world as well as helping Unto achieve its goals as a Christian humanitarian ministry. The Donor Marketing Intern will assist with Direct Mail Campaigns and Digital Campaigns and work with the Development Services team to request campaign codes. They will log test results and analysis of fundraising campaigns and utilize Asana to maintain the master job schedule and keep projects on track. They will also assist with organizing team meetings and events, with updating donor accounts in the CRM and with writing thank you cards and making phone calls to donors as needed.

Agriculture Specialist Intern

The Unto Agriculture Program exists to help express the Great Commandment and advance the Great Commission through agriculture by relieving food insecurity, empowering people through agricultural education, and revealing hope. Our vision is that there will be agricultural movements everywhere so that communities experience abundance. We accomplish this through four-day international workshops where we teach about composting, raised garden beds, drip irrigation, and other topics.

WASH Specialist Intern (Water, Sanitation & Hygiene)

The WASH Specialist will assist the Program Manager/Coordinator with specific tasks related to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene projects and initiatives. The specialist will be involved in developing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene offerings and in developing and delivering Water, Sanitation and Hygiene training.

Women’s Health Intern

The Unto Field Initiatives team is looking for female interns to help teach the women’s health curriculum in three-day seminars. Topics focus on women’s health, including anatomy and physiology, hygiene, pregnancy and childbirth, breastfeeding, childhood and family nutrition, childhood diseases and injuries, STDs, emotional and social health and other relevant topics. The interns will assist the Unto staff team with set-up and preparation for trips to the field.

Logistics Coordinator Intern

This position assists in coordinating all aspects of international shipping and receiving humanitarian aid. Partners with Unto supply chain, program directors, and domestic/international ministry staff to support global projects by providing logistics support and communication to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and that all import/export and Customs regulations are met.

Operations/PACKHOPE  Experience Intern

The Unto Global Logistics Center (GLC) is looking for go-getters who want to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment to help relieve suffering, restore dignity, and reveal the hope of Jesus in the toughest places on Earth. The PACKHOPE Experience intern will have the opportunity to serve alongside a caring team on many projects related to humanitarian aid logistics. This role includes domestic and international travel.

Volunteer Projects Intern

The Volunteer Projects intern will have the opportunity to serve alongside a caring team on many projects related to humanitarian aid logistics. The intern will plan and execute volunteer training and events, cast vision for volunteers at Unto events, prepare humanitarian aid for people around the world, travel on volunteer mobile events and work with college campuses on Unto projects.
