Understanding Supported Roles
At Unto, most staff roles are considered supported positions. This means team members raise financial support to cover their salary, benefits and ministry expenses. Unto provides training, resources and one-on-one coaching to help you build a team of partners who will support you both prayerfully and financially.

The Development & Donor Support Coordinator helps ensure our donors feel valued while keeping the Development team running smoothly and effectively. This role provides administrative support for the Vice President of Development and the team, assists with donor communications and our new Donor Welcome Series, and supports the preparation of letters, proposals, and event logistics. You’ll also help coordinate team meetings, travel, and activities.
We’re a high-performing yet highly relational team — motivated to see funding come through for ministry projects while also loving to laugh and have fun together. We’re looking for someone who is personable, detail-oriented, and organized — a true team player who enjoys supporting others and keeping projects on track. Strong skills in Microsoft Word and Excel are important, and while prior experience with Asana is a plus, you can easily learn it on the job. The ability to work in person at Lake Hart on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and/or Thursdays is also required.

The WASH Project Manager will oversee international Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene (WASH) projects, helping bring access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation in some of the toughest places in the world. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem solving, managing details, and working behind the scenes to keep projects moving forward. As the WASH program continues to expand, there is significant opportunity to shape program growth, develop expertise, and eventually specialize in projects within a specific region of the world.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage international WASH projects from planning through completion
Communicate regularly with Unto field strategists regarding project timelines, budgets, and implementation details
Track project progress and problem-solve when project-specific challenges arise
Create and maintain internal and external project documentation
Contribute to research and development efforts for new WASH program initiatives
Occasionally travel to project locations to check in on implementation (typically fewer than 15 travel days per year)
About the WASH Team
The WASH Team exists to meet spiritual needs and bring access to safe drinking water and improved sanitation through partnerships with Cru staff around the world. Project types include borehole wells, well repairs, water filters, rainwater catchment systems, latrines, hygiene training, and more.
Qualifications & Attributes
Relevant experience or background in WASH, engineering, public health, humanitarian work, or a related field
Strong interest in project management and research & development

Comfortable working behind the scenes, conducting research, and improving systems and programs

The role includes recruitment, vision casting, managing projects, allocation, budgetary management, team development, and innovative problem-solving in its core. Agriculture, development, engineering, and project management degrees, and 2 or more years experience leading teams are preferred. The Agriculture Program Manager is also responsible for leading a minimum of 3 international agriculture projects alongside their team, which can be up to 45 days of international travel each year.

The Unto Agriculture Program exists to help express the Great Commandment and advance the Great Commission through agriculture by relieving food insecurity, empowering people through agricultural education, and revealing hope. Our vision is that there will be agricultural movements everywhere so that communities experience abundance. We accomplish this through four-day international workshops where we teach about composting, raised garden beds, drip irrigation, and other topics.
The WASH Specialist will assist the Program Manager/Coordinator with specific tasks related to Water, Sanitation and Hygiene projects and initiatives. The specialist will be involved in developing Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene offerings and in developing and delivering Water, Sanitation and Hygiene training.
The Unto Field Initiatives team is looking for female interns to help teach the women’s health curriculum in three-day seminars. Topics focus on women’s health, including anatomy and physiology, hygiene, pregnancy and childbirth, breastfeeding, childhood and family nutrition, childhood diseases and injuries, STDs, emotional and social health and other relevant topics. The interns will assist the Unto staff team with set-up and preparation for trips to the field.
This position assists in coordinating all aspects of international shipping and receiving humanitarian aid. Partners with Unto supply chain, program directors, and domestic/international ministry staff to support global projects by providing logistics support and communication to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and that all import/export and Customs regulations are met.
The Unto Global Logistics Center (GLC) is looking for go-getters who want to work in a fast-paced, warehouse environment to help relieve suffering, restore dignity, and reveal the hope of Jesus in the toughest places on Earth. The PACKHOPE Experience intern will have the opportunity to serve alongside a caring team on many projects related to humanitarian aid logistics. This role includes domestic and international travel.
