Thanks to people like you, 996 people across four communities now have clear sight.
For five days, Unto® staff and the local Cru® team hosted vision clinics in five different locations. They tested people’s vision and fitted them with eyeglasses.
At the San Miguel School, one of the students struggled with long-distance vision. This made classwork especially difficult. After she received a pair of glasses, she felt there was a remarkable improvement in her vision. Now she can see the board clearly and complete her work, building a brighter future.
Olga, a faculty member at San Miguel School, was also fitted for eyeglasses. During her vision screening, our team member shared the message of Jesus, and Olga joyfully responded in faith. The team also gave her discipleship materials to help her grow in faith.
She is excited to learn more about Jesus and how to walk with Him. She also looks forward to sharing the message of hope with other teachers and students.
The team had the joy of not only restoring physical sight, but also helping 56 people see Jesus clearly for the first time.
